What you will do

• Build core capabilities of the R&D Efficiency Platform to improve overall engineering efficiency and delivery quality.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD, driving standardization and observability.
• Drive AI-Native evolution by introducing AI Agents and LLMs for intelligent code review and pipeline self-healing.
• Implement DevSecOps capabilities, embedding Shift-Left Security with SAST, DAST, and SCA.
• Establish standardized Change Management processes covering risk assessment, approvals, and canary releases.
• Apply Kubernetes and cloud services (Aliyun/AWS) to ensure platform stability and scalability.

Requirements

• Solid CS fundamentals in OS, networking, distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in DevOps toolchains, Kubernetes, and microservice stacks.
• Experience with DevSecOps concepts and understanding of supply-chain security and compliance.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM application in engineering-efficiency and CI/CD scenarios.
• Familiarity with the Java stack and awareness of multi-language technologies.
• Fluent English communication for efficient cross-regional collaboration.
