Software Engineer (Java, Web3)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, reliable Java-based systems for a greenfield project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architectural solutions.
• Develop and optimize infrastructure components including databases and messaging middleware.
• Implement automated deployment and monitoring solutions to improve system reliability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and deployment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1-6 years of hands-on experience in the JVM and Java ecosystem.
• Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
• Strong understanding of distributed system design and messaging middleware.
• Ability to cope with stress and quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong cross-team communication skills.
