Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance) Functional Consultant

What you will do

• Lead consulting activities including presales support, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and end-user training for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Evaluate customer business processes against standard Dynamics 365 F&O functionality and document business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements with business objectives and define current and future state processes.
• Develop functional design documents, facilitate customer decision-making, and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with developers, clients, and product vendors; ensure project quality through documentation and quality assurance.
• Provide production support as required and self-update with the latest D365 F&O features and technology.

Requirements

• Subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 F&O with strong focus on the Finance module and full project implementation experience.
• Experience creating functional specifications for D365 F&O enhancements and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing using best-practice methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step.
• Strong understanding of core D365 F&O modules and ability to produce high-quality functional documentation.
• Excellent business communication, presentation, and demonstration skills; ability to support and train users confidently.
• Experience leading large complex technology projects and understanding of software implementation lifecycles and development methodologies.

Nice to have

• Technical background / programming concept understanding.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications and/or project management certification.
• Experience across multiple industries.
