Finance Systems Manager, Tax (SAP/OneSource)

What you will do

• Support and enhance tax applications, platforms, integrations, and ERP interfaces.
• Optimize OneSource, Global Next, Coupa, Pagero, CERTify Tax, and SAP S/4HANA, including SAP DRC.
• Translate tax and finance requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead solution design.
• Investigate escalated system and integration issues, prioritize resolutions, and provide day-to-day support.
• Develop test plans for user acceptance, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Support global OneSource implementations within SAP S/4HANA programs and related systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, tax, finance, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience with OneSource or a similar tax platform in a technical or functional capacity.
• Strong understanding of tax and financial business processes, complex system environments, and ERP integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues, improving processes, managing priorities, and coordinating cross-functional resolutions.
• Ability to translate between business and technical requirements and work with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluent English required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related tools is also required.
