What you will do

• Develop software for IT and AI Security solutions.
• Design and implement AI Security architectures.
• Take technical ownership of the delivery of security software solutions.
• Implement AI security testing and assurance practices, including red teaming and threat hunting.
• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments for AI systems.

Requirements

• In-depth technical expertise in AI security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 and the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.
• Proven experience in designing and securing agent-based AI architectures.
• Strong scripting and automation skills for developing security tooling and pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles, particularly within Microsoft Azure.
• Must be based in or able to work at the Zurich office.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience securing Generative AI (GenAI) pipelines against adversarial attacks and data poisoning.
