What you will do
- Design and implement a centralized Business Intelligence system with data engineers.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated Power BI dashboards covering game performance, user acquisition, monetization, and portfolio health.
- Define data schemas and support consistent reporting across technical, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams.
- Evaluate mobile game proposals for market fit, scalability, monetization potential, and alignment with business objectives.
- Assess the feasibility and ROI of potential game publishing deals and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Share market insights with internal teams to support data-driven game publishing decisions.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, preferably in market analysis, game publishing, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query for data modeling and visualization.
- Strong understanding of mobile game trends, genres, monetization models, and gaming metrics such as ROI, ROAS, and retention.
- Experience with mobile game analytics platforms such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, Firebase, Adjust, or AppsFlyer.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with developers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and availability to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
