What you will do

• Manage Sydney facilities and offices to ensure they are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming.
• Lead office expansions and reconfigurations in collaboration with IT, Finance, and People teams.
• Drive and execute a comprehensive calendar of social, wellbeing, and CSR events.
• Maintain effective relationships with cleaning staff, catering vendors, and building management.
• Oversee office budgets, purchase orders, and invoice processing for snacks, events, and space.
• Partner with People Operations to manage workspace readiness and orientation for new joiners.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing vendors to deliver on deadlines and stay within budget.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior leaders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Sydney for full-time onsite work (Monday to Friday).

• Experience in high-growth technology, fintech, or startup environments.
• Familiarity with Australian workplace health, safety, and security compliance.
