What you will do
- Lead projects for the development, building, and delivery of AUV and USV systems.
- Coordinate activities across design, engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams.
- Plan and track project milestones, resources, and dependencies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities through timely resolution of critical issues.
- Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Act as the primary interface between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing complex projects in the marine, defense, or high-technology sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Horten facility in Norway.
Nice to have
- Experience with project management tools and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO or AQAP.
