Senior Project Manager (Autonomous Maritime Systems)

What you will do

• Lead delivery and technology development projects for autonomous surface and underwater vehicles.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams across systems engineering, mechanics, electronics, software, testing, and integration.
• Manage projects throughout the lifecycle, from concepts and customer needs through requirements, design, sea trials, acceptance testing, and delivery.
• Ensure quality, schedule, risk management, and financial objectives are achieved.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships and coordinate decisions across engineering disciplines.
• Establish a structured transition from design through verification, testing, and final delivery.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex technology development projects involving multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Structured, goal-oriented approach and the ability to deliver results through others.
• Understanding of the relationship between technology, risk, and commercial performance.
• Ability to lead projects with evolving requirements, emerging technical challenges, and incomplete information.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
