What you will do

• Collaborate to convert equity research insights and conclusions into scalable AI platform features for stock discovery and selection.
• Design and evaluate LLM-based workflows to process unstructured data and translate it into structured metrics and factors.
• Develop and evaluate sector-based factor models using a combination of fundamental research and quantitative techniques.
• Conduct deep research and initiate coverage on public equities across various industries.
• Contribute to stock-picking models and produce structured reports for a large retail investor audience.
• Partner with Engineering to implement pipelines (APIs, DAGs, databases) and establish reproducible backtests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of buy-side public markets investing experience at a hedge fund, long-only fund, family office, or endowment.
• Experience and interest in prompt design and context engineering for LLM-based equity research workflows.
• Proficiency in programming, coding, or working with data.
• Ability to read financial statements and strong accounting knowledge.
• Experience building three-statement models.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
