What you will do

• Translate customer needs into efficient end-to-end process designs to improve quality and throughput.
• Lead the process engineering scope, owning design reviews and coordinating technical teams.
• Develop mass balances, line capacities, and optimize resource use (water, energy, waste).
• Create and improve reference designs to drive standardization across capital projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and suppliers to control scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and performance validation at customer sites.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Production, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Engineering.
• Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in the dairy, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and ability to read Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (PID).
• Strong knowledge of Process Design principles.
• Professional level of English (written and verbal) is required.
• Must be based in Panama City; no relocation or visa sponsorship available.
