Business Development Manager (Fintech)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do

• Identify high-potential prospects and generate leads across the Vietnam market.
• Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to acquire startups and small-to-mid-market customers.
• Understand prospect pain points, propose suitable solutions, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead commercial negotiations involving multiple products and grow customer revenue.
• Improve onboarding and customer experience by working cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and enhance the product.
• Maintain current and prospective customer data in the CRM.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with a complex product and a record of strong performance.
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies for the Vietnam market.
• Ability to identify and influence decision-makers from finance managers to CEOs, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving multiple products.
• Strong interest in technology or financial services and a deep understanding of the Vietnamese market and fintech landscape.
• Fluent spoken and written Vietnamese is essential.
