TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Malaysia). Must work from the Malaysia office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

  • Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app expansion.
  • Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, and operating plans.
  • Research markets, competitors, regulations, and business models.
  • Translate founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and next actions.
  • Coordinate across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, and operations teams.
  • Build trackers, briefs, and execution rhythms to solve urgent business problems.

Requirements

  • Strong generalist background with high ownership and sharp business judgement.
  • Ability to learn new industries, regulations, and markets quickly.
  • Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, or founder-led environments.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and execute hands-on without a fixed playbook.
  • Strong English communication and structured thinking required.
  • Must be based in Malaysia for hybrid office attendance.
