What you will do
- Design and build innovative customer experiences using React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Implement best practices including TDD, mobile architecture patterns, and pair programming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for and implement a mobile-first culture.
- Oversee the full software consulting cycle from ideation through to deployment.
- Mentor less-experienced peers through technical guidance and leadership.
Requirements
- Deep experience with React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of native platforms (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) to build custom native modules.
- Proficiency in writing well-tested code using Jest and React Native Testing Library.
- Knowledge of mobile-specific constraints such as bridge performance, offline-first operation, and accessibility.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as XP, Scrum, or Kanban.
- English: Advanced level (C1) required
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of mobile DevOps/pipeline tools (e.g., fastlane, EAS, gradle).
- Active presence in the tech community via blogs, open source contributions, or speaking engagements.
