TL;DR

Chief Of Staff (Fintech): Driving the expansion of a finance super app across products, markets, and teams with an accent on strategic execution and operational cadence. Focus on aligning leadership, managing OKRs, and turning high-level strategy into measurable progress.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Taiwan, working from the Taipei office at least 3 days per week)

A leading insurance and finance super app platform in Southeast Asia dedicated to helping people plan, save, and grow their money.

What you will do

  • Drive strategic execution across finance super app priorities.
  • Build and manage operating rhythms, OKRs, leadership updates, and accountability.
  • Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, and operations.
  • Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, and performance reviews.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies to prevent blockers.
  • Lead special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as an operator driving strategic execution across teams.
  • Ability to work with founders and CEOs and operate in ambiguity with limited guidance.
  • Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent judgment, communication, and follow-through.
  • Strong English communication skills (main working language).
  • Must be based in Taiwan to comply with hybrid office requirements.

  • Experience in startups, consulting, or strategy.
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or regional expansion.
