TL;DR
Generative AI Engineer (AI/ML): Building and deploying generative AI solutions, including LLM integrations, RAG systems, Python services, and retrieval pipelines with an accent on model packaging, prompt engineering, embeddings, and API development. Focus on debugging and improving pipelines, integrating vector databases, and balancing production constraints such as latency, cost, and accuracy under senior engineering guidance.
Location: Muscat, Oman; Omani national required

What you will do
- Build RAG-based generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases under guidance.
- Develop Python services and APIs integrating LLMs such as GPT and Llama.
- Support data preprocessing, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
- Contribute to model packaging, deployment, and integration tasks.
- Debug and improve existing AI pipelines under supervision.
- Work with senior engineers on latency, cost, accuracy, and other production constraints.
Requirements
- Omani nationality and location in Muscat, Oman required.
- Early-career experience in AI/ML, including internships and project work.
- Strong Python skills for data handling, APIs, and scripting.
- Experience or project exposure with model deployment, Docker, APIs, and deployment workflows.
- Understanding of RAG workflows, embeddings, retrieval, prompt structuring, and LLM output evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, plus at least one end-to-end ML or generative AI project.
Nice to have
- Exposure to FAISS, Chroma, or Pinecone vector databases.
- Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Cloud fundamentals in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD or MLOps concepts.
