Location: Must be based in Amsterdam. Hybrid setup: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (after an initial 3-month in-office period).

What you will do

• Design and own the operating model that bridges legal strategy and operational execution.
• Scale review capacity by systematizing AI tools for contract review and regulatory monitoring.
• Define and implement quality standards and review cadences for the Trust & Transparency pillar.
• Manage and develop a specialist legal team, setting KPIs and accountability cycles.
• Report complex legal and regulatory risks to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Amsterdam or willing to work from the office.
• Proven experience managing compliance or legal functions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Direct experience handling regulatory inquiries and supervisory dialogue.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing junior legal professionals.
• AI-first mindset with the ability to design systems around AI tools rather than just using them.
• Ability to distill complex regulatory risks into decision-ready executive reporting.
