What you will do
- Lead the design, planning, and oversight of Protection, MHPSS, and Child Protection interventions.
- Provide strategic leadership ensuring alignment with global frameworks and humanitarian standards.
- Line-manage programmatic staff, including officers and community mobilisers.
- Represent the organization in national coordination forums and inter-agency meetings.
- Oversee M&E frameworks, data collection, and donor reporting.
Requirements
- BA or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in humanitarian or development settings.
- Fluent Spanish is a must.
- Expertise in Child Protection and MHPSS within emergency contexts.
- Proven experience in team management and meeting tight deadlines.
