What you will do

• Design, build, and operate internal platforms and cloud-native applications to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop scalable APIs and integrations connecting identity platforms, business applications, and enterprise systems.
• Create and refine AI-powered workflows to automate support processes and employee experiences.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity, and DevOps teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Define engineering standards and review technical solutions from external development partners.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with Python for production-quality applications.
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating solutions within AWS.
• Proficiency in building integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, and SCIM.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and modern CI/CD software delivery practices.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management (SSO, provisioning, directory services).
• Experience monitoring production systems and using source control and code reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, or intelligent workflow automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise identity platforms, endpoint management, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with serverless or containerized applications.
