What you will do

• Build and ship high-quality native mobile applications for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
• Develop mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, and financial services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate REST APIs and ensure mobile applications remain stable, scalable, and reliable.
• Continuously improve app performance, crash rates, loading speed, and battery efficiency.
• Implement AI-assisted mobile experiences to create meaningful value for users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Strong proficiency in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit) or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose).
• Solid understanding of modern mobile architecture patterns and native platform best practices.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.
• Ability to work independently within a remote, distributed global engineering team.
• Proven track record of shipping apps (GitHub, App Store, or Google Play links highly preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
