What you will do

• Debug Wi-Fi performance and stability issues across Windows and Linux environments.
• Define, validate, and maintain robust Wi-Fi configurations for embedded modules, adapters, and drivers.
• Develop and maintain a Wi-Fi test lab and validation framework to ensure reliable scanner connectivity.
• Improve tools, methods, and processes for diagnosing and troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues.
• Act as the primary Wi-Fi specialist providing technical guidance, documentation, and training across R&D, Production, and Customer Care.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, IT, or a similar field.
• Deep knowledge of Wi-Fi technical standards, performance parameters, and stability considerations.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise and consumer-grade Wi-Fi setups, including access points and network management.
• Strong ability to debug Wi-Fi setups in Windows and preferably Linux environments.
• Basic programming skills sufficient to work with module drivers and diagnostics code.
• Understanding of network infrastructure and wireless security.
