What you will do

• Prepare, analyze, and report accounts receivable transactions and reconcile ledger accounts.
• Resolve client billing issues and follow up on payment discrepancies.
• Issue accurate and timely invoices based on contract terms.
• Prepare financial reports and journal entries for monthly closings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client inquiries and requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivable role within an international organization.
• Experience with revenue recognition processes and audit requirements.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with High Radius or Fusion.
• Exposure to multiple currencies.
