Working Student (GRC Professional Services): Supporting consultants and project managers in the delivery of GRC platform solutions for enterprise clients with an accent on regulatory frameworks and client onboarding. What you will do

• Support Professional Services consultants and project managers in client-facing engagements on the hirify.global GRC platform.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of client workshops, onboarding sessions, and project kick-offs.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standardized delivery assets, including Descriptions of Work and project plans.
• Curate and adapt content libraries covering GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, COSO ERM, GDPR/DSGVO, NIS2, and TPRM.
• Monitor regulatory developments and summarize changes for internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams on cross-functional initiatives for EMEA accounts.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in business, information management, law, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in GRC, information security, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / M365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Understanding of project management fundamentals, including timelines and stakeholder needs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to document complex findings clearly.
