What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy for BA Dynamics aligned with ambitious business goals.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing IT and Information & Data Management team.
• Oversee all aspects of IT, including business demand, delivery, compliance, and application management.
• Act as the primary liaison between business leadership and the Group CIO and Group Head of Information & Data management.
• Ensure the security and integrity of critical data assets and the resilience of global IT operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish frameworks and policies for global data management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CIO or similar senior management role within an internationally regulated context.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills to translate business objectives into actionable initiatives.
• Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders and leading technical experts.
• Must pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
