What you will do
- Achieve headcount objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
- Attract talent through internal and external advertisements, job sites, job fairs, and executive search agencies.
- Verify candidate qualifications through interviews, analysis of responses, and reference checks.
- Collaborate with managers to align applicant qualifications with specific job requirements.
- Recommend new policies and practices to improve the company's organizational attractiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HR or recruiting experience.
- English language proficiency required.
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
- Strong recruiting and interviewing skills.
- University degree in Social sciences (considered an advantage).
