Location: Singapore (Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote; Remote available in locations without offices)

What you will do

  • Define product features and write detailed requirements unified across projects and teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to find optimal technical solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs and product feedback to make data-driven growth decisions.
  • Monitor product metrics to improve quality and refine the feature set.
  • Perform competitor profiling and conduct assessment analysis of strengths and weaknesses.
  • Establish pricing and licensing models and implement requirements management practices.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience as a program or product manager in software development projects.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Product/UX Design.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
  • Experience in presale, customer development, and requirements definition.
  • Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or ProductBoard.
  • English: Good written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding or experience in SaaS and/or PaaS products.
