What you will do

• Create and edit social-first short-form videos and reels using CapCut, Canva, and native platform features.
• Identify and adapt cultural and platform trends into quick, relevant content ideas.
• Manage day-to-day community interactions to build brand loyalty and engagement.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and creative teams to ensure content alignment and impact.
• Analyze performance and community feedback to optimize future content strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social content creation and community management.
• Familiarity with the Baby and Family Care industry.
• Natural feel for TikTok and Instagram culture and trends.
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency (spoken and written) for global team collaboration.
• Confidence using creative tools like CapCut, Canva, and native social editors.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality lo-fi content with fast turnarounds.

Nice to have

• Experience working within an agency environment.
• Familiarity with YouTube, X, or LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
