What you will do

• Proactively source and build diverse pipelines of early-career sales talent.
• Craft personalized outreach strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Coordinate European campus recruitment and build relationships with academic institutions.
• Develop and implement a calendar of engagement events, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to drive traffic to the careers site via employer branding.
• Maintain meticulously updated data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in recruitment/sourcing, B2B/tech sales, or event coordination.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building professional relationships.
• High level of organization and ability to manage logistics and data.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Brussels office (Hybrid).
