What you will do

• Manage a diverse mix of operations projects across supply chain, shipping, distribution, and manufacturing.
• Develop and document operational processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC) for pre-fulfillment and materials management.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the conversion from Navision to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate with carriers and procurement to optimize inbound/outbound shipments and material delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement for OTC launch and ongoing warehouse operations.
• Oversee tasks for individuals and stakeholders to ensure deliverables and schedules are met.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience leading or supporting project management tasks in operations, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and 50+ lbs with a team.

Nice to have

• Technical or Bachelor's degree.
• Project Management Certification.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint.
