Location: Remote or Hybrid within the Czech Republic (offices in Prague, Hradec Králové, and Zlín)

What you will do
- Develop clean, well-tested Flutter code for a production mobile app on iOS and Android.
- Lead and contribute to the migration of the application from Unity to Flutter.
- Shape architectural decisions and participate in high-level technical discussions.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
- Mentor colleagues and share technical expertise within the team.
- Collaborate daily with designers, QA, firmware engineers, and product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on production experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture and state management (BLoC preferred, Riverpod welcome).
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2), and Firebase services.
- Understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Must be based in the Czech Republic.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unity or other cross-platform frameworks.
- Background in game development or children's digital products.
- Familiarity with Bluetooth peripherals, IoT, or connected device communication.
- Native iOS or Android development experience.
- Experience with Flutter web or desktop.
