Location: Must be based in or able to cover Essex areas, UK (On-site)

What you will do

• Perform general building maintenance across hirify.global sites to ensure they remain safe and functional.
• Complete planned and reactive repairs, aiming for high-quality standards and first-time fixes.
• Handle a variety of tasks including brickwork, carpentry, pothole repairs, and drainage maintenance.
• Collaborate independently and with team members to resolve building issues quickly.
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and manage tasks via mobile business systems.

Requirements

• Practical experience in bricklaying, masonry, roof construction, and concrete preparation.
• Proficiency in groundworks, paving, tiling, flooring, and plastering.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
• Basic IT skills, including the use of mobile devices and Office 365.

Nice to have

• City & Guilds qualification covering both Carpentry and Joinery.
