Salary: €84,880 – €127,320

What you will do
- Lead complex medical device programs from concept through technical development and to global commercialization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Ireland and the US to ensure aligned execution and milestone delivery.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Operations.
- Manage program performance, budgets, technical risks, and vendor relations.
- Direct and technically review the work of engineering teams and external vendors.
- Establish program objectives, timelines, and resourcing plans while promoting engineering fundamentals.
Requirements
- Degree (Level 8) in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 years with an advanced degree).
- Proven track record in technical product development within a regulated environment.
- Technical proficiency in DOE, Six Sigma, and DFM methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in medical device product development.
- Experience working with KOLs to identify unmet therapy needs.
- Experience interfacing with physicians and translating feedback into device concepts.
