Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity): Designing and delivering application security and delivery solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on multi-cloud environments and cybersecurity. Focus on technical architecture design, proof of concept (POC) delivery, and strategic technical advisory to solve complex business challenges.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to align hirify.global solutions with customer business objectives and technical requirements.
• Design and present tailored solution architectures and deliver technical workshops and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle to help customers solve complex challenges.
• Provide technical enablement, product demonstrations, and training for channel partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to support customer feature requests.
• Maintain accurate technical opportunities and account strategies using Salesforce.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or Systems Engineering within enterprise technology.
• Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity, application delivery, networking, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Must be based in Cairo, Egypt, to support necessary onsite customer engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global technologies or comparable application delivery and security platforms.
• Fluency in French.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
