What you will do

• Act as the primary operational contact for key customers to ensure contract fulfillment and translate business needs into goals.
• Onboard new customer contracts and ensure a smooth handover to support teams while aligning services with SLAs.
• Manage and follow up on contracts, pricing, product catalogs, and service performance.
• Analyze customer data and service levels to identify improvements and drive proactive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and managing complex stakeholder environments, preferably within the IT industry.
• Technical proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI.
• Experience working with systems like AX or similar.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Moss, Norway.
