Junior Product Manager (eCommerce)

TL;DR

Junior Product Manager (eCommerce): Supporting the development of Search and Discovery tools for Shopify stores with an accent on turning merchant pain points into shipped features. Focus on gathering user feedback, writing PRDs, and analyzing feature performance metrics.

Location: Remote (Global). Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Vietnam time)

What you will do

• Analyze merchant feedback, support tickets, and usage data to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Write clear requirement documents, including PRDs and user stories.
• Track feature adoption and performance metrics to build team reports and analyses.
• Perform competitor and market research to spot trends in the app industry.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and merchant success teams to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a related field.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Availability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Vietnam time.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work cross-functionally.
