What you will do

• Design and maintain high-performance platforms for risk hedging, trade execution, and post-trade processing.
• Build scalable infrastructure to support business growth and new synthetic product offerings.
• Apply AI as a force multiplier to technical and business deliverables, contributing to the internal AI toolkit.
• Collect and analyze system metrics to guide business intelligence and performance improvements.
• Collaborate directly with traders, sales, quants, and operations to gather requirements and deliver features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Hands-on experience with Java and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with agentic AI, prompt optimization, and AI-assisted development.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial industry and front-office environments.
• Knowledge of Equities Synthetic or Derivative products.
• Experience with Spring/Guice, React, or Angular.
• Familiarity with low-latency systems, event-driven architectures, and Linux shell scripting.
• Demonstrated people-management and mentoring experience.
