What you will do

• Lead planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures for different user segments.
• Build short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on market conditions, product lifecycle, competition, and available resources.
• Oversee delivery progress and coordinate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other teams.
• Use data-driven thinking to explore logic behind AUM growth and user growth, and implement growth and operational strategies.
• Manage user lifecycle across structured products (acquisition, retention, conversion) and improve the user journey.
• Monitor crypto structured product market trends, identify opportunities and threats, and convert insights into product initiatives; collaborate on product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks.

Requirements

• Work authorization: prioritize applicants with a current right to work in Singapore and no visa sponsorship required.
• 3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor’s degree or above; math/economics/quantitative background preferred.
• Strong product design and project management skills, including identifying user needs via data analysis and implementing growth strategies.
• Solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts; strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry.
• Logical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills; ability to orchestrate resources across departments.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of the structured products landscape.
• Experience designing or trading options/structured products/derivatives at a financial institution or crypto exchange.
• CFA, FRM, or equivalent financial certification.
