What you will do

• Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for clients and lead internal clinical team meetings.
• Oversee study planning, execution, and site start-up activities across the LATAM region.
• Develop and implement country-level recruitment and retention strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Manage clinical monitoring strategies, eTMF implementation, and data quality compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers on budget variance, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Mentor CRAs and CTAs while ensuring adherence to SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience with significant clinical monitoring background.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated mastery of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
• Proven experience in functional management, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
