What you will do
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President International Indirect Sales and the backoffice team.
- Draft and prepare professional communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate key administrative processes and support visits from international physicians and distributors.
- Create, analyze, and manage sales reports and professional presentations.
- Independently monitor payment behavior of distributor countries.
- Respond to customer requests in collaboration with Legal, Regulatory, Logistics, and Product Management departments.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working with international customers across Europe, Asia, Middle East, and LATAM.
- Excellent verbal Italian and written English skills.
- Solid MS Office proficiency and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency in additional languages such as German or Spanish.
