What you will do

• Design innovative software frameworks, systems, and business application prototypes.
• Provide technical leadership to application development teams and perform code reviews.
• Ensure uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software architecture and component integration.
• Identify and resolve framework design weaknesses to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Extensive architectural experience in large customer change and transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software, including platform connectivity.
• Strong understanding of software design principles across user interfaces, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, inclusive team environment.
• Growth mindset with a focus on customer success.

Nice to have

• The Open Group Master Certified Architect or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience in a Mainframe environment.
• Experience with Mainframe modernization, integration, or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of z/OS and IBM Software Products.
