What you will do

• Conduct risk-based assessments of customer KYC/CDD reviews and document verification.
• Analyze system alerts and investigate unusual or high-risk financial activity.
• Identify red flags and emerging risks, escalating cases to compliance teams as needed.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive bank information.
• Take end-to-end ownership of internal issues and complex procedural queries.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations to identify trends and improvement opportunities in fraud handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in financial crime investigations or 1+ years in TM fraud detection
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1+ level)
• Ability to work a variety of shift patterns, including nights and weekends
• Must be able to work from the Bogota office
• Experience with investigative methodologies and analytical tools like spreadsheets and network charts

Nice to have

• Degree in law or a STEM subject
• Professional certification such as ICA or ACAMS
• Experience with fraud detection systems
• Fluency in additional languages
