What you will do
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within the defined territory.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial prospect identification to deal closure.
- Provide strategic vision to prospects to drive adoption of enterprise software solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales Engineers and Marketing, to leverage resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and track activities within the Salesforce CRM.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales quota targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling ERP software solutions, specifically for Oracle.
- Proven track record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement.
- Strong consultative sales approach with excellent presentation and writing skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environments.
- Ability to travel 25% to 35% of the time.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
