Alliance Manager (ERP): Driving strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SI) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV) to accelerate revenue growth and market adoption of enterprise software support solutions. Focus on building executive-level relationships, influencing partner strategies, and positioning the company's service framework as a key value driver for Japanese enterprise clients.

Location: Must be based in Tokyo (Remote work from home office allowed).

What you will do

  • Identify and execute relationship strategies to maximize revenue through strategic partners.
  • Analyze partner strategies and personalize engagement messages for target SIs and ISVs.
  • Map power structures and identify key influencers within target organizations.
  • Arrange and facilitate high-level executive meetings between partners and company leadership.
  • Follow up on executive discussions to secure formal or verbal agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Native level Japanese proficiency required.
  • Must be based in Tokyo.
  • 5+ years of alliance experience in SaaS, SI, or ERP/DB markets.
  • Established relationships with executives at Japanese SIs and ISVs.
  • Deep knowledge of the enterprise software industry.
  • Proven track record of sustained quota over-achievement.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing alliances for major software vendors like SAP or Oracle.
