What you will do

• Lead an internal team in the development of AI products.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams on client projects as a subject matter expert.
• Make architectural and design decisions for cloud environments.
• Build production-level ML/AI solutions using robust software engineering practices.
• Guide Data Scientists in scaling models into production environments.
• Represent the company through training, workshops, and industry presentations.

Requirements

• MSc in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, AI, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in building production-quality ML/Deep Learning pipelines.
• Expert coding skills in Python and at least one of Scala, C++, or Java.
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in Dutch.
• Must have existing work authorization for Belgium.
• Willingness to travel for client projects.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Management Consulting.
• Strong domain knowledge in Computer Vision or NLP.
