Junior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze purchasing, financial, and operational data from multiple sources.
• Review contracts, commercial agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and financial records to identify revenue leakage.
• Validate commercial calculations, investigate discrepancies, and identify financial recovery opportunities.
• Communicate with vendors about claim processes and follow up on recovery actions.
• Prepare reports, present findings, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in accounting, finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience as an accountant is required.
• Exposure to financial analysis or financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting principles, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent English and Turkish are required.
