Senior Concept Creative (Automotive)

Location: Salzburg or Vienna, Austria; 100% hybrid work with the choice to work from home or the hirify.global office.

Salary: €55,000 gross annual starting salary for full-time work in Austria.

What you will do

• Create TikTok- and Meta-first posts, series, and content formats that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Translate automotive brand and product narratives into platform-native creative executions.
• Identify emerging cultural and platform trends and apply them to timely, relevant content.
• Develop visually led concepts that balance clarity, cultural resonance, and strong storytelling.
• Test and iterate on video lengths, formats, and creative styles to improve performance.
• Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, and production teams to deliver polished work.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in concept creative work for social and digital platforms.
• Strong visual instincts and the ability to create platform-native content.
• Deep understanding of audience behavior, platform trends, and cultural signals.
• Ability to analyze creators, competitors, and trends to raise content quality.
• Ability to work in Austria from Salzburg or Vienna in a hybrid setup.
• English is the main working language.
