What you will do
- Design and structure AdTech and Ad Operations teams to maximize operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Strategically allocate human and technical resources across diverse digital projects and European markets.
- Establish and enforce standardized, foolproof workflows for end-to-end digital campaign setups across Ad Servers, DSPs, and SSPs.
- Conduct rigorous, multi-layered audits of campaign settings, tracking pixels, and data configurations to ensure flawless execution.
- Build and maintain strategic long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at global and local media vendors and tech platforms.
- Lead high-level commercial negotiations to secure preferential terms and exclusive inventory for digital campaigns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ad operations, digital media technology, or data management.
- Proven track record in a leadership role within a media agency, tech vendor, or multinational organization.
- Experience establishing SOPs and quality control frameworks that significantly reduced operational error rates.
- Deep expertise in Ad Tech Stack mechanics, including Google Marketing Platform, Trade Desk, and Meta Advanced Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data governance, identity solutions (First-party data, Clean Rooms), and digital verification frameworks (IAS, DoubleVerify).
- Professional working proficiency in English.
