What you will do
- Lead and further develop a large Accounts Payable organization.
- Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations in a complex, high-volume environment.
- Improve processes, automation, ERP usage, and related systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
- Lead change, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including leadership responsibility in larger or complex environments.
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability.
- Hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work deeply with operations.
- Experience with ERP systems, automation, and process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

- German language skills.
