What you will do
- Provide administration support for transfers in processes across the product offering.
- Handle communications between customers, third parties, and other business areas.
- Administer transfer cases and consistently monitor their progress.
- Maintain accurate records on company databases.
- Produce professional correspondence, including letters and emails.
- Operate internal systems efficiently to manage administrative workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Proven ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in IT skills, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, including periods of unsupervised work.
