Accountability Coordinator

What you will do

• Oversee the operationalization and adaptation of the Community Helpline in the Lebanese context.
• Conduct training for staff, volunteers, and partners on accountability standards and communication channels.
• Perform regular quality checks and monitor the implementation of reporting channels through field visits.
• Coordinate with sector-specific focal points to handle service requests and complaints according to SOPs.
• Design gender- and age-sensitive community awareness materials and outreach activities.
• Analyze accountability data to identify trends and contribute to the development of the Accountability Framework.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an international NGO, preferably in emergency or post-conflict settings.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory.
• Solid experience in handling sensitive feedback and beneficiary counseling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly and identify trends.
• Proven management skills and experience in training others.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
