What you will do

• Manage the full sales funnel from first contact through to closing deals.
• Execute systematic outreach to restaurants and retail stores across Slovenia.
• Book and run meetings to acquire new partners for the platform.
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and collect documentation.
• Ensure seamless handover of signed partners to the merchant onboarding team.
• Support the sales team in improving methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Slovenian.
• Proven track record of making sales and closing deals.
• 2+ years of experience in partner operations or customer support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning end-to-end workflows with on-time delivery.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
