Sales Associate (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of leads and execute systematic outreach by phone.
• Book and conduct meetings with restaurants and retail stores.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and collect required documentation.
• Hand signed partners over smoothly to the merchant onboarding team.
• Support improvements to sales methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience making sales and closing deals.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Slovenian.
• At least 2 years of experience in partner operations or customer support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
• Technical confidence, quick learning ability, and basic troubleshooting skills.
